Some resumes will not parse, and an error occurs indicating that the document contains more than the maximum number of tokens or the document is too small.
This is often caused by users trying to parse a PDF resume that is image-based rather than text-based. The parser cannot find the text because the "text" is actually an image and an error is returned to the user.
Image based PDF files cannot be parsed by the Resume Parser.
If the applicant submitted an image-based resume, they will need to either submit a different resume that is text-based or their resume will need to be manually entered through the Employee Wizard.
