The CopyWcCodeToNewDepartment property indicates whether the customer worker comp codes should be added when creating a new department.

Admin Tools location:	Employer Category: (Select Employer) > Detail tab
Default:	True
Valid values:	True: Adds worker comp codes from a customer to a department upon creation.
	False: Does not add worker comp codes from a customer to a department upon creation.
