DH Order - Summary

The Summary item of the DH (Direct Hire) Order section displays current information regarding the order and houses access to the Shortcut menu for issuing quick commands related to the order. 

 

Order Info

Field	Description
Customer	Name of the customer associated with a DH order.
Department	Name of the department in the customer associated with a DH order.
Address	The primary address for customer associated with a DH order.
Branch	The name of the branch the customer on the DH order belongs to.
Order ID	Identification number for the DH order.
Posted to Web	If this order has been posted to web or not.

Job Description

Field	Description
Category	The skill category related to this job.
Position	The name of the position for the DH order.
Description	Free-text field describing the position for the DH order.

Shortcut 

The shortcut group is customizable by right-clicking anywhere on the group and selecting an option from the pop-up menu. This menu has the same options as the Actions menu. Visit the DH Order Actions Menu help page for more information.

Status & Fee Info

Field	Description
Status	The status for this order.
Salary Range	The of salary range for the position on this DH order.
Fee Type	The type of fee associated with this order.
Fee Range	The price range for the fee that can be charged.

Order Dates

This group displays all of the important dates associated with this order.
