Overview

The Candidate item of the Order section (different from the Candidates sub menu item) enables the management of candidates added to a specific temp order.

Candidates Tab
The Candidates tab is located at the bottom-left of the Candidate item. The Candidates tab displays information associated to a candidate's profile. Some candidate information such as Status, Salary, and Documents can be edited here.
The Candidates tab is organized into sub-tabs - Detail, Interview, Documents, Status Log, and Billing Info.
Detail Sub-Tab
The Detail sub-tab, which displays by default when the Order Candidates tab is opened, provides basic information about an available candidate.
Field | Description |
Employee Name | Name of the candidate to whom the order is being assigned. Not editable here. |
Address | Candidates home address. Not editable here. |
Branch | The customer branch where the candidate applied. Not editable here. |
Employee Status | Once the individual has achieved employment status, this field shows the availability status (Active, Inactive, etc.) Not editable here. |
Agency | The staffing agency handling the candidate. Not editable here. |
Employee ID | The unique ID assigned to the candidate. |
Candidate Status | If the individual has not yet achieved employment status, their pre-employment status (Interviewed, Offered, etc.) is selectable here. |
Remarks | Free-form remarks about the individual may be entered here. |
Salary Range | These two editable fields designate the minimum (left field) hourly rate and the maximum (right field) hourly rate requested by the employee. |
Active | A selectable check box designating whether the candidate is on active assignment. |
The tabs on the right side of the page are available when the Detail sub-tab is selected. The right-side tabs (Summary, Message, Skills, Education, Past Jobs, Requirement, Certification) provide detailed information about the candidate/employee. Some of the fields are editable here while others may only be edited in the Employee portion of the Avionté application.

Summary
Field | Description |
Salary | The desired salary of the candidate. |
Record Type | A description of the type of record. |
Record Origin | Where the record was originated. |
Portal Status | The status of the applicant in the portal. |
Date | The date the record was entered. |
Show On Web | Designates if this record is shown on the web. |
Type | Type of contact method used to reach the individual. |
Value | Specific number or address according to the contact method. |
Primary | A checkmark designates the preferred contact method. |
Message
Field | Description |
ActionType | The classifying name of the message recorded about the individual. |
Subject | A description summarizing the message. Ex. - "Assignment Ended" |
Message | The specific message. Ex. - "Assignment ended for OrderID: 3203" |
Date | The date the message was recorded. |
Skills
Field | Description |
Category | The category in which the skill has been designated. |
Skill | The candidate's specific skill. |
Note | A free-form text note about the candidate's skill. |
Education
Field | Description |
Degree | Degree awarded for the educational program. |
Institution | The educational institution attended for the degree. |
StartDate | The date the education program began. |
Specialization | Focus, if any, of the educational program. |
Graduated | Designates whether or not the candidate graduated. |
Past Jobs
Field | Description |
Employer | Name of the previous employer. |
JobTitle | The title of the position. |
Description | A description of the work performed. |
Last Pay | The most recent pay rate the employee received at the position. |
Supervisor | The employee's most recent supervisor for the position. |
Requirement
Field | Description |
Type | The type of requirement that the applicant needs to meet for employment. |
Value | Confirms if the applicant has meet the requirement. |
Certification
Field | Description |
Type | Special certification the candidate has received. |
Expiration Date | As some certifications require continued education, the expiration date refers to the date the current level of certification will expire if updated education does not occur. |
Interview Sub-Tab
The Interview tab contains the interview questions from the corresponding Interview item of the Employee section of Avionté.
Documents Sub-Tab
The Documents tab displays all of the documents attached in the customer's Documents tab. The Documents tab can be sorted by:
Field | Description |
File Name | The name of the uploaded file. |
File Type | The format that the file is in (i.e. pdf). |
Note | A note about about the uploaded file. |
Date Created | The date that the file was created. |
Expiration Date | The date that the file expires. |
Date Entered | The date that the file was entered into Avionté. |

Status Log
The Status tab contains all of the status changes for an employee. It contains the:
Field | Description |
Old Status | The previous status of the employee. |
New Status | The new status of the employee. |
User Name | The username of the person who made the change to the status. |
Date Modified | The date that the file was modified. |

Billing Info
The Billing Info tab contains all of the billing batches and payments made to a customer.


External Candidates
The External Candidates tab displays all of the candidates that were not added from within Avionté. They can be added through the New Candidate wizard.

The External Candidate can be sorted by the following:
Field | Description |
Name | The name of the candidate. |
Phone | The phone number of the candidate. |
The candidate's email address. | |
Address | The candidate's street address. |
State/Province | State or province where the candidate resides. |
Country | Country where the candidate resides. |
Zip/Postal Code | Applicable zip/postal code to where the candidates. |
See Details | View the candidates detail. |
Remove | Remove the candidate. |
Add a Candidate
The New DH Order Candidate wizard allows a user to add a new candidate to an existing DH Order.

How to use the New DH Order Candidate Wizard
Candidate Info tab
- Order Information is a pre-populated section filled from the order for this candidate:
Customer Name The name of the order you started from. Department Name The name of the department this order belongs to. Order ID The ID that had been assigned to this order. Pay Range Min The minimum salary for this position. Pay Range Max The maximum salary for this position. - Candidate section allows a user to search for possible candidates:
Field Description Search Type These include: Name, SSN, Employee ID, Phone Number, City Name, State, Zip Code, External ID, Phone Number (Begins), Last Four SSN, Phone Number - Begins With, Nickname, Entered By, Record Type, All Contact Methods. Search Field Enter the criteria to search by. Search Results The search results based on the entries above. Select one from the dropdown menu. Status on Order Change the status of the order. - Candidate Information section:
Field Description Min Enter the minimum salary desired for this position. Max Enter the maximum salary desired for this position. Remarks Enter any extra comments into this freetext field. - Resume section:
- Displays the resume attached to the chosed candidate for viewing.
- Displays the resume attached to the chosed candidate for viewing.
- Click Next to save the changes made on this page.
- Interview tab:
- Displays all of the information from the interview conducted for this candidate.
- Displays all of the information from the interview conducted for this candidate.
- Click Finish to save this entry as a new candidate.
