Customer Candidate

The Candidate item of the Customer section records the available candidates for the customer. From here you can use the Order Candidate and Customer Candidate tab to research and assign candidates.

Order Candidate Tab

The Order Candidate tab features the following avenues for filtering and sorting data:

Field	Description
Add Customer Employee	Displays an icon that opens the Add Customer Candidate wizard.
Bill Rate	Rate at which the customer is being billed.
Candidate Name	Name of the candidate.
Candidate Status	Indicates where the candidate is in the hiring process.
Customer Name	Name of the customer.
Department Name	Name of the department associated with the order.
Job Title	Name of the position being filled.
Order ID	Identification number for the order.
Order Type	Indicates the type of order the candidate is going to be placed on.
Order Status	Indicates how close the order is to being completed.
PayRate	Rate at which the employee is being paid.
SeeEmployee	Displays an icon that navigates you to the Summary item of the Employee section.
See Order	Displays an icon that navigates you to the Summary item of the Order section.
Select	Check box for selecting the candidate.
System Order Type	Indicates the type of system order the candidate is going to be placed on.

 

 

Customer Candidate Tab

The Customer Candidate Tab records employee's that are potential candidates for a customer. Candidates can be added to the grid here by the Add Customer Candidate wizard accessed by clicking the New Customer Candidate button in the upper left-hand corner of the window. Candidates added through the wizard when accessed by clicking Add Customer Employee icon on the Order Candidate tab will also be added to this grid.

 

The Customer Candidate tab sorts candidate data by Job Title and displays their information in two columns:

 

Field	Description
Candidate Name	Displays the name of the employee.
Candidate Status	Indicates where the candidate is in the hiring process.
See Candidate	Displays a jump icon that navigates to the summary item of the Employee section for the specified employee.
