Actions Menu - Schedule Calendar

The Schedule Calendar acts as a repository for all of the assignments at every customer for a given user's supplier. Slide menu options and different viewing scales allow for the customization of viewed events.

 

View and Navigation

There are multiple ways the calendar can be adjusted and navigated through tools in the top left and right of the center screen.

• The Schedule Calendar view scale can the changed between Day, Week, and Month views using their respective buttons in the top left.
  
  
• A user can select a entity from the drop-down menu located in the top left to focus the calendar on their choice.
  
  
• All day events are located in the color boxes, while finite events appear below as boxes beginning and ending at their scheduled times.
  
  
• Navigate between chunks of time using the left and right arrow buttons in the top left.
  
  
• The information can be further customized using the slide menu in the top right.
