The first upper-tab of the Advanced Search window contains the Add Search and Search Grouping Options lower-tabs.

Use Search Option	This check-mark box imports the setting set from the Search Options Slide Menu is Basic Search.
Select Search	Contains a drop-down that displays previously saved searches (Config Option AllowModifySavedSearch).
Action	Contains buttons that can be clicked after setting up the advanced search. Save/Share: Allows you to save a customized search and share it with users. Clicking the Basic Search check box saves it in the Search Options slide menu. Clear Search: Clears all of the parameters you have selected for your search.   Run Search: Performs a customized search based on your selected parameters.
