Employee Criminal History

The Criminal History item of the Employee section records information regarding any of the employee's prior criminal convictions.

Criminal History column definitions:

Field	Description
Convicted Nature	Indicates the type of offense the employee was convicted of (e.g., violent, drug-related, etc.)
Convicted Type	Indicates what kind of conviction the employee's record has (e.g., felony, misdemeanor, etc.)
Remarks	Any commentary regarding the conviction can be recorded here.
Convicted Date	Date the employee was officially convicted of the offense.
User Comments	Any commentary regarding the recording conviction recording process can be recorded here.
Verified Date	Date you confirmed the details of the employee's conviction.
Edit	Provides a jump button to bring up the Add/Edit Employee Criminal History window.

Add a Criminal History

1. Click the New Criminal History button in the upper-left corner of the grid. The Add/Edit Employee Criminal History window will open.
   
   
   
   
2. Populate the fields on the tab:
   
   

   Field	Description
   Date Of Conviction	Date the employee was officially convicted of the offense.
   Nature Of Conviction	Indicate the type of offense the employee was convicted of (i.e., violent, drug-related, etc.)
   Type Of Conviction	Indicate what kind of conviction the employee's record has (i.e., felony, misdemeanor, etc.)
   Remarks	Any commentary regarding the conviction can be recorded here.
   User Comments	Any commentary regarding the recording conviction recording process can be recorded here.
   Date Of Verification	Date the employee's conviction was confirmed.

3. When the data has been entered, click the Finish button to add the criminal history to the grid.

 

Edit a Criminal History

1. Click the Edit button of the criminal history row to edit. The Add/Edit Employee Criminal History window will open.
   
   
2. Edit the fields to be updated.
   
   
3. When the data entry is complete, click the Finish button to your changes.

 

Delete a Criminal History

1. Right-click on the criminal history row to delete. 
   
   
2. Click the Delete Criminal Record option. 
   
   
3. A pop-up message will prompt a confirmation. Click Yes to remove the record.
