The Requirements item of the Temp Order section records data regarding the requirements that need to be met for a position on a Temp Order.
Field | Description |
Type | Indicates requirement to be fulfilled for the customer (i.e. background check, DOT physical, etc.) New requirement types can be added to the grid by selecting them from the drop-down menu of the bottom-most cell of the Type column. |
Value | Indicates whether the requirement is obligated by the customer. |
Note | Any commentary regarding the specific requirement is recorded here. |
Date Entered | Automatically generated date that indicates when the requirement type was put into the system. |
Add a Requirement
New Requirements can be added by selecting one of the available options found in the Type drop-down menu.
Order-Level Background Check Requests
Users are able to select background check requirements on the order level which, in combination with an on-placement verification method DRM, prevents the placement of employees that have not fulfilled the order's background check requirements.
