The Interview item of the Employee section is used to record the questions and answers administered during the interview process.
Record an Answer
While a question may not be added in the Employee > Interview grid, (visit the Add an Interview Question Help page to see how), answers are inserted here in the interview grid.
In the Answer column, click on a field next to a question to enable the ability to enter text.
Record a Note
In the Note column, click on a field next to an answer to enable the ability to enter text.
