The New DH Order Candidate wizard allows a user to add a new candidate to an existing DH Order.
Add a Candidate to an Existing DH Order
The DH Order Candidate wizard is separated into two tabs - Candidate Info and Interview. Each tab is separated into groups. Populate the fields in the groups according to the definitions below.
Candidate Info Tab
Order Information Group
Customer Name | The name of the customer associated with the order. |
Department Name | The name of the customer's department to which the order is associated. |
Order ID | A unique ID assigned to the order. |
Pay Range Min. | The minimum salary for the position. |
Pay Range Max. | The maximum salary for this position. |
Candidate Group
Search Type | A drop-down menu featuring search filters used to narrow a list of candidates. |
Unlabeled (Search Field) | The specific term by which to search. |
Candidate Name | A drop-down menu of available candidates. |
Status on Order | A drop-down menu of candidate statuses on the order - Active, Inactive, etc. |
Candidate Information Group
Salary Range Min | The minimum dollar amount offered for the position. |
Salary Range Max | The maximum dollar amount offered for the position. |
Remarks | A free-text field used to record information about the candidate. |
Resume Group
The resume section features the candidate's resume. The resume may be viewed and edited from this group.
Click Next to save changes and move to the Interview tab.
Interview Tab
- Click Next to save the changes made on this page.
- Interview tab:
- Displays all of the information from the interview conducted for this candidate.
- Click Finish to save this entry as a new candidate.
