Web Portal Property - Web_Contact_Role_View_Option

The web property Web_Contact_Role_View_Option determines the orders and assignments related to a particular customer that a contact can view.


Property location: Core application > Customer section > select a customer > Sales & Service > Service Info tab on the right of the page > Web Option button
Default: CustomerContactRole
Valid values: CustomerContactRole: All orders, assignments, candidates, and time cards for the customer are visible in the Customer Portal to contacts listed for the customer.
OrderContactRole: Only those orders for a customer that a contact is associated with are visible to that contact (along with the assignments, candidates, and time cards for those orders).
