An order frequently requires actions from multiple people for completion. The Users option of the Order sub-menu enables the identification of personnel responsible for tasks to complete an order.
Add a User
- Mouse-over the lowest row available in the User Type column to reveal a drop-down menu icon.
- Click the drop-down menu icon to reveal User Type options or begin typing in the field to generate any auto-suggestions.
- Select a User Type. The new selection will remain in the User Type space.
- Press Tab on the keyboard to save the User Type in the field.
- Mouse-over the same row in the User column to reveal a drop-down menu icon.
- Click the drop-down menu icon to reveal User names or begin typing in the field to generate any auto-suggestions.
- Select a User name that will perform the User Type tasks. The new selection will remain in the User space.
- Press Tab on the keyboard to save the User in the field.
