Order Users

An order frequently requires actions from multiple people for completion. The Users option of the Order sub-menu enables the identification of personnel responsible for tasks to complete an order. 

 

 

 

Add a User

  1. Mouse-over the lowest row available in the User Type column to reveal a drop-down menu icon. 



  2. Click the drop-down menu icon to reveal User Type options or begin typing in the field to generate any auto-suggestions.



  3. Select a User Type. The new selection will remain in the User Type space.

  4. Press Tab on the keyboard to save the User Type in the field.

  5. Mouse-over the same row in the User column to reveal a drop-down menu icon.

  6. Click the drop-down menu icon to reveal User names or begin typing in the field to generate any auto-suggestions.

  7. Select a User name that will perform the User Type tasks. The new selection will remain in the User space.

  8. Press Tab on the keyboard to save the User in the field.
