This report displays a very detailed list of the Worker Comp Codes and Costs by Employee Name & Accounting Period.

Roll Up To Parent Customer	Yes / No	Based on this parameter, the result will either displayed per individual customer department or rolled into Root Customer.

OrderType	Order Type from the Transaction
SkillCode	Skill Code from the Transaction

CheckDate	Check Date of the Transaction
RegWages	Paycode 'Reg' wages
OTWages	Paycode 'OT' wages
