How to Use This Report
Viewing All Wage Records
With no filters applied (default values), the report returns all minimum wage records across all suppliers, states, and cities. This gives you a complete picture of every configured wage rate in the system.
Filtering by State
Select one or more states in the State(s) filter and click Run Query to narrow results to specific states. This is useful when preparing for state-level wage changes or auditing a particular region.
Filtering by Supplier
Select a staffing supplier in the Supplier filter to view only wage records associated with that supplier. This helps when managing wage configurations for a specific supplier relationship.
Viewing Active Records Only
Set Active Records Only to Yes to display only currently effective wage rates (records where the End Date is null or on/after today's date). This filters out expired and historical records so you can focus on what is currently in effect.
Identifying Placeholder Records
Records with a MinimumWage value of $0.00 are intentionally included in report results. These often represent test or placeholder entries. Review and clean up these records to ensure accurate wage rate data across your system.
Exporting Data
You can export the report results to CSV or Excel for offline review, bulk update preparation, or sharing with compliance teams.
- Apply your desired filters and click Run Query.
- Use the Select checkboxes to choose specific records, or click Select All to include everything.
