An example would be running the AQ for the state of IL, entering IL in the parameter.  If the employee has the deduction for IL Secure Choice, selected as a parameter when you run the AQ, then the warning will alert you that the employee has the deduction but is not located in the state of IL. The warning is useful as the user will then need to determine if the employee SHOULD have the deduction.
