Report Description

Gives the W2 detail for an Employee. This is the AQ version of Standard W2 Report "W2 Report 4 up blank". This AQ will require data to be generated using Green Shades for 4th Quarter.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Options	Description
Supplier / Year	All available branches.
Branch (Employee)	All available branches.	Filter for Employee Branch
Employee Status	All available Employee Status.	Filter for Employee Status
Address Type*	All available Employee Address types.	Select which Address type to be shown in the result for the employee
Order By	Employee Name, SSN, State	Select how to sort the result.

Logic for Address Type

*If Address Type = 'Primary Address', the report will pull address from employee's primary address 

• If Address Type <> 'Primary Address', the report will pull employee's active address based on the Address Type parameter.
• However, if an employee does not have an address or has a null address [i.e. If the address is null [Street1, Street2, city, etc], the report will pull the address from the mailing address,
• If there is no mailing address, the report will pull the address from the employee's primary address or the address that is marked as Resident address
• If the address is still null, the report will pull the address where PaymentCheckAddress =1 and active = 1.
