Report Description

This report lists favorite contacts.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Options	Description
Branch (Contact)	All available branches.
User Name(s) (Optional)		Filters results by the User Name. This parameter is optional. Report shows the data although the User Name parameter is not selected.

Report Fields

Field Name	Description
GroupName	Favorite group name of the contact.
GroupDescription	Description of the favorite group
CreatedByUserName	Pulls the username who created the group.
CreatedByUserDescription	Pulls the user description.
ContactSupplier	Pulls the contact supplier of the favorite group.
ContactBranch	Pulls the contactbranch of the favorite group.
ContactID	Pulls the contact’s ID.
LastName	Shows the last name of the contact.
FirstName	Shows the first name of the contact.
Title	Shows the title of the contact.
Customer/AgencyName	Shows the customer/agency name of the contact.
PrimaryContactMethod	Shows the primary contact method of the contact.
EmailAddress	Shows the email address of the contact.
Street1	Shows the street1 of the contact address.
City	Shows the city of the contact address.
State	Shows the State of the contact address.
ZipCode	Shows the zip code of the contact address.
