Standard AQ - Comprehensive Customer

Report Description

This report provides a summary of a customer or customers by pulling basic information, lead and sales history, and employee hours for the previous three years.

The unique ID assigned to the customer.

The name of the customer. 

Use a "%" to query all Customer IDs.

Entered By (User description)Drop-down menu of all available Avionté users. 
Extra ValueMultiple

A list of values that can be displayed in the report. If the selected value has been designated for the customer, a new column titled "Extra Value: ____________" will be displayed.

 

If the value has not been designated for the customer, the column may not display. 

 

 

Report Fields

FieldDescription
CompetitionWhen prospecting the customer, this column displays other staffing companies vying for the customer's business.
Customer IDThe unique ID assigned to the customer.
Company TypeThe organizational classification of the customer company.
Customer NameThe name of the customer.
Department NameThe specific department being referred to in that row. A customer must have at least one department and may have multiple. 
Root Customer IDSome customers are organized into sub-companies, each with their own customer ID. The Root Customer ID is the parent company's Customer ID.
Root Customer NameSome customers are organized into sub-companies, each with their own customer name. The Root Customer Name is the parent company's Customer Name.
BoldCompanyIDIdentifier for company in AviontéBOLD (Front Office)
Parent AccountThe parent account associated with the customer, if the customer is a subsidiary or child account of a larger organization.
StatusThe status of the customer whether it is active, inactive, or a prospect.
BranchThe specific branch being referred to in that row. A customer must have at least one department and may have multiple. 
Street Address 1The location of the branch.
Street Address 2A secondary address line for that branch location.
CityThe city in which the branch is located.
StateThe state in which the branch is located.
Zip CodeThe postal ZIP Code in which the branch is located. 
GeoCodeGeocode calculated from the branch address.
Short NameA shorter "nickname" for the location.
Sales TaxSales Tax associated with the main address.
Staffing SupplierThe staffing supplier servicing that branch.
Sales LevelWhen in the sales process, this column indicates the customer's level of interest - cold, warm, hot.
Industry CodeA value indicating the customer's industry.
Customer TypeAn indication of the customer in relation to its organization - franchise, regional, national, etc.
Lead SourceThe origination of the sales lead.
Lead Source DescriptionA description of the sales lead's origination.
Credit LimitA dollar amount debt ceiling at which the customer may no longer use the staffing service without first lowering the amount owed.
Hold CodeA designation as to why service has been put on hold for the customer.
Default Payment OptionA designation of how the customer will pay their bill.
Warning Value TypeWhen the customer approaches a credit limit, a warning is generated. The warning value type is designated as a percentage or specific amount of money owed.
Warning ValueWhen the customer approaches a credit limit, a warning is generated. The warning value is the value (expressed as a percentage or dollar amount based on the Warning Value Type) at which the warning is generated.
First Invoice DateThe date of the first invoice generated for the customer.
Last Invoice DateThe date of the last invoice generated for the customer.
Invoice to DepartmentThe customer department to which invoices are sent.
Invoice StyleThe format of the invoice sent to the customer - one page, one page with time card, etc.
Invoice Separate ByShows if the Invoices are separated (by Department, Branch, ...)
Invoice Group ByShows if the Invoices are grouped (by Department, Branch, ...)
Invoice Display Items

Provides list of option to display to on the invoice which is setup under Customer > Billing Setup

Email Invoice ToIf the customer's invoice is emailed, this column displays the email address to which the invoice is sent.
Display ItemProvides list of option to display to on the invoice which is setup under Customer > Billing Setup
Automatically Email Monthly StatementsA 'true' or 'false' value displaying whether a customer's monthly invoices are automatically sent. 
Email Statements ToIf the customer's statement is emailed, this column displays the email address to which the statement is sent.
Print Invoice?A 'yes' or 'no' value indicating whether or not the invoice can be printed.
Statement Letter DayA '0' or '31' value indicating what day of the month a statement letter is generated.
Billing PeriodA 'weekly', 'bi-weekly', or 'monthly' value indicating the date range over which the customer is billed.
Billing CycleThe first, second, third, fourth, or last week of the month when a customer is billed. 
Pay PeriodThe frequency of the customer's employee pay period - e.g. weekly.
Pay CycleThe first, second, third, fourth, or last week of the month when a customer pays its employees.
Check DeliveryThe method by which the customer distributes employee pay - 'hold at branch', 'mail to employee', etc.
OT PlanThe customer's default overtime plan.
Weekend DayThe day of the week indicating what is considered a weekend for overtime calculation.
Generate Daily Time EntryA 'yes' or 'no' value indicating whether the customer generates a daily amount of employee time for daily pay employees. 
Daily Pay OptionsOptions indicating payment methods to employees that receive payment on a daily basis. 
Payment TermsThe lending terms applied when a customer repays an invoice.
Max Invoice AmountThe maximum dollar amount that can be applied to one invoice.
2019 Total InvoiceThe total amount invoiced to the customer in the year shown. The column year advances annually. 
2020 Total InvoiceThe total amount invoiced to the customer in the year shown. The column year advances annually.
2021 Total InvoiceThe total amount invoiced to the customer in the year shown. The column year advances annually.
LTD Total Invoice AmountLTD = Life to Date. The LTD Total Invoice Amount is the amount invoiced to a customer since the launch of the of the supplier/customer relationship.
Total Sales Tax AmountThe total amount of sales tax invoiced to the customer.
Total Discount AmountThe total amount discounted to the customer.
Total Payment AmountThe total amount paid by the customer.
AR Invoice Total BalanceThe balance owed to repay sent invoices. 
Current Age Total BalanceThe remaining balance owed on invoices/
AR Age 0-30 Days Total BalanceBalance remaining on invoices 0 - 30 days old. 
AR Age 31-60 Days Total BalanceBalance remaining on invoices 31 - 60 days old.
AR Age 61-90 Days Total BalanceBalance remaining on invoices 61 - 90 days old.
AR Age Over 90 Days Total BalanceBalance remaining on invoices older than 90 days. 
2019 Total HoursTotal employee hours worked for the customer during the displayed year. The column year advances annually.
2020 Total HoursTotal employee hours worked for the customer during the displayed year. The column year advances annually.
2021 Total HoursTotal employee hours worked for the customer during the displayed year. The column year advances annually.
Total Expected RevenueEstimated revenue from the customer. 
Referral SourceThe origination of the referral from the supplier to the customer.
Source DetailA detailed description of the source that referred the supplier to the customer.
AgencyThe agency that connected the supplier to the customer.
Agency FeeThe fee charged by the agency for connecting the supplier to the customer. 
Default WC CodeThe default worker's compensation code.
Default Mark UpThe default profit value applied when the supplier charges the customer. 
Contact Method: Direct Office PhoneThe customer contact's office phone number.
Contact Method: EmailThe customer's email address.
Contact Method: Main NumberThe customer's general office number. 
Contact Method: Main Office PhoneThe customer's general office number. 
Contact Method: WebsiteThe customer's website. 
Dates: Activation DateThe date the customer's account became active. 
Dates: Contract DateThe date the contract between the customer and supplier was affirmed.
Dates: Entered DateThe date the customer was entered into the Avionté application.
Extra Value: _____________A selectable value used to to display, and filter by, report information. 
User: Account ManagerThe account manager managing the customer account.
User: Entered ByThe Avionté user that entered customer information into the application.
User: Sales RepThe supplier sales rep associated with the customer.
User: Service RepThe supplier service rep supporting the customer.
SelectA column used to select a row or rows (or all rows if the top check box is chosen) to perform actions such as printing.
