Report Description
This report provides a summary of a customer or customers by pulling basic information, lead and sales history, and employee hours for the previous three years.
Parameters

| Extra Value | Multiple | A list of values that can be displayed in the report. If the selected value has been designated for the customer, a new column titled "Extra Value: ____________" will be displayed.
If the value has not been designated for the customer, the column may not display. |
Report Fields

| Competition | When prospecting the customer, this column displays other staffing companies vying for the customer's business. |
| Customer ID | The unique ID assigned to the customer. |
| Company Type | The organizational classification of the customer company. |
| Customer Name | The name of the customer. |
| Department Name | The specific department being referred to in that row. A customer must have at least one department and may have multiple. |
| Root Customer ID | Some customers are organized into sub-companies, each with their own customer ID. The Root Customer ID is the parent company's Customer ID. |
| Root Customer Name | Some customers are organized into sub-companies, each with their own customer name. The Root Customer Name is the parent company's Customer Name. |
| BoldCompanyID | Identifier for company in AviontéBOLD (Front Office) |
| Parent Account | The parent account associated with the customer, if the customer is a subsidiary or child account of a larger organization. |
| Status | The status of the customer whether it is active, inactive, or a prospect. |
| Branch | The specific branch being referred to in that row. A customer must have at least one department and may have multiple. |
| Street Address 1 | The location of the branch. |
| Street Address 2 | A secondary address line for that branch location. |
| City | The city in which the branch is located. |
| State | The state in which the branch is located. |
| Zip Code | The postal ZIP Code in which the branch is located. |
| GeoCode | Geocode calculated from the branch address. |
| Short Name | A shorter "nickname" for the location. |
| Sales Tax | Sales Tax associated with the main address. |
| Staffing Supplier | The staffing supplier servicing that branch. |
| Sales Level | When in the sales process, this column indicates the customer's level of interest - cold, warm, hot. |
| Industry Code | A value indicating the customer's industry. |
| Customer Type | An indication of the customer in relation to its organization - franchise, regional, national, etc. |
| Lead Source | The origination of the sales lead. |
| Lead Source Description | A description of the sales lead's origination. |
| Credit Limit | A dollar amount debt ceiling at which the customer may no longer use the staffing service without first lowering the amount owed. |
| Hold Code | A designation as to why service has been put on hold for the customer. |
| Default Payment Option | A designation of how the customer will pay their bill. |
| Warning Value Type | When the customer approaches a credit limit, a warning is generated. The warning value type is designated as a percentage or specific amount of money owed. |
| Warning Value | When the customer approaches a credit limit, a warning is generated. The warning value is the value (expressed as a percentage or dollar amount based on the Warning Value Type) at which the warning is generated. |
| First Invoice Date | The date of the first invoice generated for the customer. |
| Last Invoice Date | The date of the last invoice generated for the customer. |
| Invoice to Department | The customer department to which invoices are sent. |
| Invoice Style | The format of the invoice sent to the customer - one page, one page with time card, etc. |
| Invoice Separate By | Shows if the Invoices are separated (by Department, Branch, ...) |
| Invoice Group By | Shows if the Invoices are grouped (by Department, Branch, ...) |
| Invoice Display Items | Provides list of option to display to on the invoice which is setup under Customer > Billing Setup |
| Email Invoice To | If the customer's invoice is emailed, this column displays the email address to which the invoice is sent. |
| Display Item | Provides list of option to display to on the invoice which is setup under Customer > Billing Setup |
| Automatically Email Monthly Statements | A 'true' or 'false' value displaying whether a customer's monthly invoices are automatically sent. |
| Email Statements To | If the customer's statement is emailed, this column displays the email address to which the statement is sent. |
| Print Invoice? | A 'yes' or 'no' value indicating whether or not the invoice can be printed. |
| Statement Letter Day | A '0' or '31' value indicating what day of the month a statement letter is generated. |
| Billing Period | A 'weekly', 'bi-weekly', or 'monthly' value indicating the date range over which the customer is billed. |
| Billing Cycle | The first, second, third, fourth, or last week of the month when a customer is billed. |
| Pay Period | The frequency of the customer's employee pay period - e.g. weekly. |
| Pay Cycle | The first, second, third, fourth, or last week of the month when a customer pays its employees. |
| Check Delivery | The method by which the customer distributes employee pay - 'hold at branch', 'mail to employee', etc. |
| OT Plan | The customer's default overtime plan. |
| Weekend Day | The day of the week indicating what is considered a weekend for overtime calculation. |
| Generate Daily Time Entry | A 'yes' or 'no' value indicating whether the customer generates a daily amount of employee time for daily pay employees. |
| Daily Pay Options | Options indicating payment methods to employees that receive payment on a daily basis. |
| Payment Terms | The lending terms applied when a customer repays an invoice. |
| Max Invoice Amount | The maximum dollar amount that can be applied to one invoice. |
| 2019 Total Invoice | The total amount invoiced to the customer in the year shown. The column year advances annually. |
| 2020 Total Invoice | The total amount invoiced to the customer in the year shown. The column year advances annually. |
| 2021 Total Invoice | The total amount invoiced to the customer in the year shown. The column year advances annually. |
| LTD Total Invoice Amount | LTD = Life to Date. The LTD Total Invoice Amount is the amount invoiced to a customer since the launch of the of the supplier/customer relationship. |
| Total Sales Tax Amount | The total amount of sales tax invoiced to the customer. |
| Total Discount Amount | The total amount discounted to the customer. |
| Total Payment Amount | The total amount paid by the customer. |
| AR Invoice Total Balance | The balance owed to repay sent invoices. |
| Current Age Total Balance | The remaining balance owed on invoices/ |
| AR Age 0-30 Days Total Balance | Balance remaining on invoices 0 - 30 days old. |
| AR Age 31-60 Days Total Balance | Balance remaining on invoices 31 - 60 days old. |
| AR Age 61-90 Days Total Balance | Balance remaining on invoices 61 - 90 days old. |
| AR Age Over 90 Days Total Balance | Balance remaining on invoices older than 90 days. |
| 2019 Total Hours | Total employee hours worked for the customer during the displayed year. The column year advances annually. |
| 2020 Total Hours | Total employee hours worked for the customer during the displayed year. The column year advances annually. |
| 2021 Total Hours | Total employee hours worked for the customer during the displayed year. The column year advances annually. |
| Total Expected Revenue | Estimated revenue from the customer. |
| Referral Source | The origination of the referral from the supplier to the customer. |
| Source Detail | A detailed description of the source that referred the supplier to the customer. |
| Agency | The agency that connected the supplier to the customer. |
| Agency Fee | The fee charged by the agency for connecting the supplier to the customer. |
| Default WC Code | The default worker's compensation code. |
| Default Mark Up | The default profit value applied when the supplier charges the customer. |
| Contact Method: Direct Office Phone | The customer contact's office phone number. |
| Contact Method: Email | The customer's email address. |
| Contact Method: Main Number | The customer's general office number. |
| Contact Method: Main Office Phone | The customer's general office number. |
| Contact Method: Website | The customer's website. |
| Dates: Activation Date | The date the customer's account became active. |
| Dates: Contract Date | The date the contract between the customer and supplier was affirmed. |
| Dates: Entered Date | The date the customer was entered into the Avionté application. |
| Extra Value: _____________ | A selectable value used to to display, and filter by, report information. |
| User: Account Manager | The account manager managing the customer account. |
| User: Entered By | The Avionté user that entered customer information into the application. |
| User: Sales Rep | The supplier sales rep associated with the customer. |
| User: Service Rep | The supplier service rep supporting the customer. |
| Select | A column used to select a row or rows (or all rows if the top check box is chosen) to perform actions such as printing. |
