Required Setup

This report requires mapping: Mapping Reports and Advanced Queries

  • All end reasons should be inserted into mapping. Client must designate which of their End Reasons are Negative and which are positive.

 

Report Description

Details turnover rates for both positive and negative end reasons. (This report shows turnover rates broken out into rates of positive and negative turnover as mapped to the assignment end reasons to give you a better sense of how your employees are performing on assignments)

RegPayRate Pay Rate of “Reg” Pay Code from Staffing Order
RegBillRate Bill Rate of “Reg” Pay Code from Staffing Order
Required Number of Required from Staffing Order
Placed Number of Placed from Staffing Order
AssignmentsEnded Total count of Ended Assignment associated with Staffing Order.
EndReasonNegative Count of all employees who ended an assignment on the particular staffing order for a "Negative End Reason"
EndReasonPositive Count of all employees who ended an assignment on the particular staffing order for a "Positive End Reason"
TurnoverPercent

Ratio of AssignmentEnded to the Required of the staffing order.

 

Formula = (AssignmentEnded / Required ) * 100

NegativeTurnoverPercent

Ratio of EndReasonNegative to the AssignmentEnded of the staffing order.

Formula = (EndReasonNegative / AssignmentEnded ) * 100

PositiveTurnoverPercent

Ratio of EndReasonPositive to the AssignmentEnded of the staffing order.

 

Formula = (EndReasonPositive / AssignmentEnded ) * 100

AverageAssignmentLength(Days)

Average days worked in multiple assignments of a particular Staffing order.

 

Formula: Total No. of Days Worked in all assignments of a staffing order /Count of all assignments present in a staffing order.

UserType

User Types present in staffing order is displayed as columns which displays the username.

For Example:  If in a particular staffing order, John Doe is an Account Manager, then the column “Account Manager” is displayed after the column  “AverageAssignmentLength(Days)” which shows username John Doe.

 

*This column displays only when there are user types present in the staffing order. If none of the orders have any user type present, then in such case no specific user type is displayed.

BoldCompanyID An identifier for the Company in AviontéBOLD (Front Office)
