Standard AQ - Referral Source

This report setup guide explains the requirements for setting up a report that lists the referral source information of employees and customers in the Avionte system. It provides detailed instructions on the necessary configurations, parameters, and report fields for the desired report output.

Key Takeaways

  1. Required Label Setup: Create an extra label with SystemName=Source under the EmployeeExtra category for Employee and under the CustomerOrderExtra category for Customer. This label is essential for tracking referral sources.

  2. Configuration Choices: Set up Config ChoiceCodes for MainCategory with options EmployeeExtra or EmployeeInterview and SystemName=Source under CustomerOrderExtra for Customer. This configuration enables the report to function correctly.

  3. Report Parameters and Fields: The report offers various parameters, including branch selection, date types, and entities (Employee or Customer). It also provides a list of report fields such as EmployeeBranch, EmployeeID, ReferralSource, and Source, which are visible based on the selected entity and serve to present comprehensive referral source information.

By following these instructions, you can generate a detailed report that displays the referral source data for employees and customers in the Avionte system, aiding in tracking and analysis.
