Report Description

This report provides tracking of an employee’s progress on their eDocuments including the ability to see when and how all specific eDocument fields were changed.

Parameters

Report Fields

Field Name	Description
FK ID	Employee ID
FK Name	Employee Name (Last Name, First Name Middle Name)
Table Name	List the table names in which changes were made
Edocument Type	Type of Edocument
Field	Name of the columns in which changes were made
Old Value	The old value before a change
New Value	The new value after a change
Date Modified	The date in which modification was done
Modified Time	The time in which modification was done
Modified By	The user who did the modification
