The Add to Favorite option is available on the Customer Actions menu or the Add to Favorite button in the Shortcut group on the Summary page.

The Add to Favorite option opens the Add/Edit Favorite Group wizard. Visit the Add/Edit Favorite Group section on the Favorites - Home help page for more information.
