Agency Dates

The Dates item of the Agency section records the dates of events pertinent to the agency.


Add a Date

  1. Select the kind of date to add to the grid from the drop-down menu of the bottom-most cell of the Date Type column.

  2. Select the appropriate date from the date picker in the adjacent cell of the Date column.

  3. Record any messages regarding the date in the corresponding free-text cell of the Note column.



Delete a Date

  1. Click on the unwanted date.

  2. Right-click on the date.

  3. Select Delete Date Type(s). A confirmation window will display.

  4. Click Yes to delete the date from the grid.
