This report provides a summary of an agency or agencies by pulling basic information and pay history for the previous three years.

Agency Type	All available Agency Type.
Agency Name	Filter the agency name
Extra Value		Value list of all Agency Extra. If Selected, the AQ will display the value of that particular extra.

ActiveDirectDeposit	Shows checked the agency has an active bank.
InvoicePayRequired	Indicates the payment option for indicating invoice pay required.
PaymentDelayInDays	Indicates the no. of days delay during the payment.
PayBeginningDate	Indicates the beginning date of the payment.
PayNotRequired	Indicates the payment option for indicating pay not required.
Net Pay (Current Year)	Total net pay of an agency in current year
Net Pay (Current Year – 1)	Total net pay of an agency in last year
Net Pay (Current Year – 2)	Total net pay of an agency in year before last year
Agency Contact Method	Show multiple columns for Agency’s contact methods dynamically.
Agency User	Show multiple columns for Agency’s User types dynamically.
Agency Date	Show multiple columns for Agency’s Date types dynamically.
Extra Value	Pulls a specific Extra value as selected in the Extra Value Parameter.
