Report Description

This report displays employees with an ending assignment with the date parameter passed.

Parameters

Report Fields

Field Name	Description
StaffingCompany	Name of the staffing supplier.
Site Name	Assignment branch.
AssignmentID	Pulls the AssignmentID.
EmployeeID	Pulls the EmployeeID.
BoldTalentID	Pulls the EmployeeID from AviontéBOLD (Front Office)
EmployeeName	Pulls the employee name.
EmployeeStatus	Pulls Employee's Status
CustomerName	Pulls the customer name.
Department	Department Name of the customer.
JobTitle	Shows the JobTitle like Receptionist, Data Entry, Labor etc.
Start Date	Assignment start date.
End Date	Assignment end date.
BillRate	Pulls the BiilRate where the system name is “Reg”.
PayRate	Pulls the PayRate where the system name is “Reg".
Performance	Shows Performance like Excellent, Fair, Poor etc.
EndReason	Shows End Reason  like Completed, Cancelled, Productivity etc.
EmployeeMainContactMethod	Pulls the primary contact method of the employee.
LastDatePaid	Pulls the checkdate of the recent check paid to the employee.
TotalHoursWorked	Pulls the PayTotalHours per assignment.
