This topic refers to adding and modifying system-wide Wc Code options. Information on activating Wc codes for orders and customers on an individual basis can be found here.
The Wc Code tab displays the workers' compensation options as they are available for a Staffing Supplier. The grid in the upper portion displays existing Wc Codes. The lower portion displays the detail information about the Wc Code selected in the upper grid. New Wc Codes for the Staffing Supplier are defined in the lower portion. If Wc Codes exist in the system's staffing supplier they will be available to any newly-added staffing supplier.

- Click the Add New button. The WcCode Detail, Rate, and Shared By sections will clear values.
- In the WcCode Detail section (see definitions above), adjust the Description, Country, State, and Processing Method to adjust those values for the chosen Wc Code.
- In the Rate section (see definitions above), adjust the Rate (%) , StartDate, and EndDate to adjust those values for the chosen Wc Code.
Notes
The Cost(%) column is a holding place for values generated by customized reports. By default, this column does not display a value. To maintain historical values, add a new line, and enter the date with different effective dates than the original value. If the dates overlap, an error will generate. Overwrite any fields where historical values are unnecessary. If a recalculation is needed for an existing transaction, contact Avionte Support through the Support Center. - In the Shared By section, place a check mark in the corresponding branch box to share this WcCode with that branch.
- Click the Save button. The new Wc Code will be displayed in the Wc Code grid.
