Sense Integration in Classic

  • Sense Engage – Automated outreach across email and text, NPS surveys, data enrichment, and robust analytics power coordinated communication and engagement.
  • Sense Messaging – Two-way texting solution (including mobile apps, scheduling, broadcasts, templates, and more).
  • Personalize, automate, and optimize each step of the talent journey with event-triggered workflows.

 

 

Integration Details

We now have an integration with Sense where we are sending employee, user, customer, contact, order, and assignment data in an automated fashion.  Updates made to employees, users, customers, contacts, orders, and assignments are also sent to Sense.

  • Prerequisites: Hosted, Classic

  • The first data send is used to bulk load Sense with all the employee, user, customer, contact, order, and assignment records.

  • Data update files are then sent 3 times a day:
    • 4am, 12pm, and 6pm CT.

  • File Type: .csv

 

 

Integration Setup for Engage

For customers using integrated messaging through Engage, users are required to have an email in Avionte. In order to add an email address to a user record, follow the process listed below

  1. Click on the Admin Tools button
