Able Integration

Able (formerly Employstream) is designed to automate and simplify the onboarding process to ensure talent have the best experience possible.  Our integration with Able ensures that key data points are mapped back to Avionté in real-time and candidate records are always up to date.

Integration Details

• API based integration
• Not compatible with BOLD integrated customers
• Data only flows into the Suite database

The general talent data below can be updated from Able to Avionté.

Direct Deposit Data

Talent direct deposit can be captured through Able and passed back to Avionté.  The data is stored in the Employee > Payroll > Direct Deposit section.

AmountValue	Amount to be deposited into the account if the employee has more than one account.  If an employee only has one account, the value should be 0.
BankName	Bank name
IsActive	Indicates if this is an active bank
Sequence	Indicates the order in which the deposits should be made into each account if the employee has more than one account.
HasDeposits	Value should be False
CountryCode	Country Code
BankAmountType	Value can be Remaining Amount or Fixed Amount
BankAccountType	Value can be Checking, Savings, or Pay Card

WOTC Data

Talent WOTC status can be captured through Able and passed back to Avionté.  The data is stored in the Employee > Details section.
