Report Description
The IL Equal Pay Act report is used to upload employee data to the State of IL to comply with the Equal Pay Registration process.

| HireDate | Employee’s first ever Hire Date |
| TerminationDate | Employee’s most recent Termination Date |
| JobClassification | Employee’s Job classification |
| JobTitle | Employee’s Job Title |
| County | Employee’s Job County |
| PaidHS | H if Hourly S if Salaried |
| BaseHourlyRate | Only add a value for hourly employees; for salaried, leave blank. If talent has different pay rates/ titles - do not show different rates but rather average the rate across the pay rates / titles the talent had. |
