Contact Card Overview

Recruiters can add, edit, and delete contact information from the Contacts section.

 

Contact Cards

Contact Cards display a quick, simplified view of information related to a contact. The Contact Card features dynamic QuickLinks and QuickViews that provide further details about the contact.

The QuickView links on a Contact Card allow a recruiter to view and manage information about the contact.

Element Description
Orders The Orders QuickView provides a view of the orders the contacts has been entered on. 
Roles The Roles QuickView provides a view of the assignments and roles that this contact has at various companies.
Messages

The Messages QuickView provides a list of all messages associated with the selected Contact card.  Messages logged in either the Core Application or Recruiter Module are displayed in the Messages QuickView.

 

Orders QuickView

The Orders QuickView generates a display of the Contact's order history. The data in the Orders QuickView is not editable, however, clicking the Order number navigates to that order's Order card. Temp orders are not currently available as QuickLinks in the Recruiter module. 

 

Roles QuickView

The Roles Quickview displays the roles and assignments the contact holds at various companies. 

When a contact is added in the Recruiter Module, a default contact role will be assigned to the contact based on the default Contact Role set for that customer's default branch. The Contact Role default can be set in the Core application in Admin Tools > Config Choice > Choice Property for Contact Role. 

After a contact has been added, their contact role can be edited in the Core application.

If... Then...
The contact is assigned to a customer The default contact role based on the default branch of that customer will be applied to the contact.
The contact is not assigned to a customer No contact role will be applied to that contact.

Messages QuickView

The Messages QuickView provides a list of all messages associated with the selected Contact card.  Messages logged in either the Core Application or Recruiter Module are displayed in the Messages QuickView.

Clicking on Messages in the current card will display all messages associated with the current record in the Messages QuickView.  

 

Each message displays the name of the message creator and is stamped with the date it was created. Messages in the QuickView are sorted in reverse chronological order according to the message creation date.

 

Contact Search

Avionté Web Platform automatically provides a view of Contact Cards when the Contact tab is selected. To find specific individuals, you can also use the search field in the upper left. Search results can be filtered by characteristics like Status, Location, and Roles. 

 

Add a Contact

To add a new contact to Avionté Web Platform, select the  icon at the top of the page. Enter content into the Add contact window fields.

Contact Help

For help regarding the Contact section, select at the top of the page. Select  on any Avionté Web Platform page or, in many cases, a specific section, to access a help article related to that specific Avionté Web Platform page or section.
