Addresses
The Addresses pane displays the addresses on record for the selected company as part of the Company Details QuickLink page. The address fields and address types available are limited to those made available in the the CustomerAddress Config Choice setting in the Avionté Core application. Element | Description |
Main Address | The address of the company's headquarters. |
Worksite address | The address of a company's additional location. |
Billing Address | The address at which the company may wish to be billed. |
Branch Address | The address for a specific branch of the company. |
View Address in Google Maps
An address can be viewed in Google Maps by clicking the location button, . When the location button is clicked, Google Maps will launch in a new browser window with the selected address pre-populated.
Add an Address
- Select the icon to add an address to the company's profile.
- Click on a field to enter information.
- Click Done to save the address and close the pop-up window.
Edit an Address
- Select the icon to edit any field in a company's existing address.
- Click on a field to enter information.
- Click Done to save the address and close the pop-up window.
Delete an Address
- Click the icon to the right of the document to be deleted. A confirmation window will display.
- Select Yes to confirm the deletion.
