Make Interview Question Available for the Aero Platform

A question needs to be made available to the Applicant portal and application workflows. The Shared By section of the Config Choice window lists all the branches in an organization.  

1. Navigate to the Start page.
   
   
2. Click the Actions menu.
   
   
3. Select Admin Tools.
   
   
4. Click System.
   
   
5. Double-click Config Choice to open the Config Choice window.
   
   
   
   
   
6. In the Category search field, enter “EmployeeInterview” to limit the items displayed to only interview questions.
   
   
7. Search for the desired interview question by entering the question in the Description field.  
   
   
   
   
   
8. Select the interview question.
   
   
9. In the Shared By section, add a check mark in the Select column for at least one branch in the list.
   
   
10. Click Save.
