Report Description

Shows a comprehensive list of information associated with an Assignment.

Report Behavior Notes

"Start Date" option not showing specific branch data: The report is searching for assignment start dates within your selected date range, but if there are currently no results for employees in a specific branch who have assignments in that branch during that timeframe.

Does using "Assignment Start Date" include inactive assignments? Yes, it can. When the report pulls data based on start dates, it may include assignments that have since ended, which explains the varying Employee Status available in the report.

Report Fields

Field Name	Description
Date of Birth	Date of Birth pulls the employee’s date of birth. This field only appears if you have the User permission to view the Employee EEO details
Gender	Pulls the employee’s gender This field only appears if you have the User permission to view the Employee EEO details
EmployeeBranch	Pulls the branch name of the Employee
EmployeeID	The unique ID assigned to the employee.
BoldTalentID	An identifier for a Talent in AviontéBOLD (Front Office)
EmployeeName	Pulls the employee's name from the employee.
SSN	Pulls the employee’s social security number from the employee.
EmployeeStatus	Pulls employee status from the employee.
PrimaryContact	Pulls the employee’s primary contact info.
Employee Email	Pulls employee's email address [Contact method with SystemName='email']
IsW2	Indicates whether the assignment is a W2 or non-W2 assignment.
BoldCompanyID	An identifier for a Company in AviontéBOLD (Front Office)
CustomerID	Pulls Customer ID
CustomerName	Pulls Order/Assignments Customer Name.
DepartmentName	Pulls Order/Assignments Customer's Department Name
JobTitle	Pulls Order's Job Title
WCCode	Pulls Order's WC Code
OrderID	Pulls order ID from staffing order.
BoldJobID	An identifier for a Job in AviontéBOLD (Front Office)
OrderType	Pulls order type from staffingorder.
OTPlan	Pulls OT Plan from Assignment.
AssignmentID	Pulls assignment ID from the assignment.
BoldPlacementID	An identifier for a Placement in AviontéBOLD (Front Office)
AssignmentType	A description of the assignment
MarkUp	Pulls the markup name from the Order if the Order has a markup.
AssignmentBranch	Pulls the Branch name from the assignment
Shift	Pulls shift name from assignment schedule.
PerformanceCode	The performance choice code associated with the assignment.
EndReason	The reason the assignment ended.
Original StartDate	Pulls the min start date from the assignment schedule.
EndDate	Pulls end date from the most recent assignment schedule.
OrderStartDate	Pulls start date from the Order.
OrderEndDate	Pulls the end date from the Order.
# Days on Assignment	Pulls the Number of days the Assignment is/was Open.
RegPayRate	Pulls pay rate from assignment rate with pay code Reg.
RegBillRate	Pulls bill rate from assignment rate with pay code Reg.
Reg Hours	Pulls the Reg hours associated with the assignment.
OTPayRate	Pulls pay rate from assignment rate with pay code OT.
OTBillRate	Pulls the bill rate from the assignment rate with pay code OT.
OT Hours	Pulls OT hours associated with the assignment.
DTPayRate	Pulls pay rate from assignment rate with pay code DT.

Dates: <Date Type>	Pulls the date value associated with the Assignment (<Date Type>), displaying the dynamic value for Date Type E.g.: Dates: Entered Date, Dates: Start Date, etc.
