Standard Reports - Overview

Avionté provides a set of standard reports through Main Menu > Reports. To access a report not displayed in the Reports menu, contact your company's Avionté Super User or Avionté Technical Services.

Note: Some reports may not be available with older versions of Avionté.

The reports in this article are grouped by the type of user (Front Office, Back Office, Management, Sales, etc.) who may find each report most useful.

 

Front Office User Reports

1096 Report Annual summary and transmittal form for tax-exempt organizations. Supplier / Year Populates the 1096 form with the required data. Makes printing employee information into a 1096 form easy.
1099 NEC Report Tax form reporting year-end summary of all non-employee compensation. Year, SSN, Generate For (IRS Review Only, Employee, State), Vendor State Populates the data for the 1099 form. Generates populated 1099-NEC forms for all non-employee payees with gross compensation of $600 or more for the tax year. Prints three employees per page on standard or perforated 1099 NEC 3-up blank paper.

Cash Receipts Reports the amount of cash incoming and the source of those payments. Cash Requirement Details liabilities and the amount of cash needed to process payroll. Date Type, Group By (Staffing Company, Branch, None), Start Date, End Date, Branch Employee Earnings, Agency Earnings, Deductions, Tax Liability, Net Pay, Employer Contributions, Worker Compensation, Employer Taxes, Summary — each broken down to specific values. Useful for payroll processing or determining business costs for a specific time period.

The federal form for submitting certified payroll weekly.
Check Register Shows paycheck information for all employees. Date Type, SSN, Start Date, End Date, Branch, Employee Type (All, W2, 1099), Sort By (Employee Name, Check Date) Employee Name, Check #, Check Date, Gross Amount, Total Taxes, Total Deductions, Net Check, Is DD?. Client Billing Shows billing information for each customer. Deduction Submittal Lists all deductions for employees. Follow Up Shows messages with some revenue opportunity information. Branch, Customer Status, Sales Level, Sales Rep, Start Date, End Date, Action Type, Date Type Customer Name, Department, Status, State, Primary #, Last Contact Date, Sales Level, Sales Rep, Sales Contact, Expected Revenue. Summary: No. of Customers, Expected Revenue. Offers a good summary of recent sales performance and helps determine last point of contact for a customer and potential future revenue.
Gross Profit Calculates gross profit by customer. Gross Profit and Hours Comparison Comparative gross profit between two time periods. Allows comparison of gross profit and hours between two specified time periods.
Invoice Register Details invoices billed. Invoiced Expenses Details invoiced expenses. Lists types of invoiced expenses and associated costs. Useful when there are questions about an invoiced total from a customer.
Management Shows Billing, Payroll, Top 5 Customer GP, and AR Aging summaries broken down by Branch. Accounting Period Start Date, Accounting Period End Date, Branch, Include Burden Factor (True, False), Show Supplier info (True, False) Billing, Payroll, Top 5 Customers, and AR Aging breakdowns. Provides a good summary of AR aging and helps quickly determine outstanding AR balances.
OSHA 300A Summarizes work-related injuries and illnesses. Year, Branch (Assignment), Claim Type, Report Based On, Root Customer Name, Root Customer ID, Change_Reason, Roll Up To Root Customer Pulls up OSHA 300A form with Establishment Name, Address, and Employee information prefilled. Makes it easy to pull basic data on all claimed work injuries and illnesses.
OSHA Form 300 Log of work-related injuries and illnesses. Pay Bill Only Transaction Shows transaction types that have "pay but no bill" or "bill but no pay". Payment Register Lists direct deposit checks distributed. Quarterly Withholding Schedule B Displays tax liability data within a selected quarter and year, separated by Federal, State, and Territory. W2 Portal Report W2 for the current year. Accessed via Pay History tab > W-2 link > View (current year). No filter parameters. Talent Address, Income, Taxes, Employer/Supplier address, FEIN, and related Codes. Allows employees to view, download, and print their current-year W2 directly from the employee portal. Available to clients on Classic (not AviontéBOLD).
W2 Report 4 up Blank W2 4-up template report. Messages broken down by Date, User, Message, and Contact Name. Shows a compact list of all messages to a particular contact. Useful when retrieving former messages for tracking.
New Hire Shows all employees that received their first paycheck within a specified date range. Date Type, No. of Days, Start Date, End Date, Display Date, Branch SSN, Employee Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Start Date Useful for reporting new hires or tracking recent order fills.
Order Report Shows basic order information for all active orders within a specified date range. Customer Name, Group By, User Type, User Name, Order Type, Branch, Show Open Order Graph (True, False), Order Status, Start Date, End Date Order ID, Order Date, Type, Job Title, R#, P#, Pay Rate, Bill Rate, Supervisor, Contact Method. KPI Report Creates graphs that illustrate company data.
